Shipping Policy
We only post to the payment address provided at PayPal checkout.
Domestic postage is free and we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For services.
International shipping is via Royal Mail International Signed For service and for this, a charge will be added at checkout. Some valuable pieces will be shipped via carriers such as Fedex, Parcelforce or DHL and incur higher shipping costs. And, this will be identified at check out.
We post Monday to Friday and one working day after receipt of payment.
Return Policy
We feel confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but should this not be the case, we offer an extended returns period of 30 days.
Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel this order and we ask that you notify us by email, within 30 days of receipt.
We will respond to all return requests within 48 hours, confirming our returns address, which is not the same as our registered address.
Our refund policy is exclusive of shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items must be returned in the same condition as dispatched and in the original packaging. If possible, please also include your sales receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and confirmed by email.
